the city...

went to DC yesterday with my grandparents and my boyfriend... although the city is nice to visit it is nice to leave too. i don't think i could live in the city. it just isn't my thing i don't think. it's so busy all the time and there are some wack people who live in the city and i just don't think i could get used to it. can't cross the street anywhere, even the cross walks are scary and you never know when some aggressive driver with a caffeine rush from Starbucks coffee is going to come zooming around the corner and take your knees out from under you... It really just doesn't seem safe at all. Maybe I'm just a rookie and don't know the ways, but it seems like padestrians play chicken with the drivers on a corner to corner bases. my favorite are the people who don't pay any mind to the walk/don't walk signs. then they individual yells at the cars who are coming at them. Come on now, seriously?!

the first, of many... or many just one

christmas break! time to spend with the family and catch up on some sleep. not so sure i'm ready to go back to school and all that jazz. i am only doing this to be as cool as jenni (who wouldn't want to be as cool as jenni?!) that's right. at the moment i have not a clue what i'm writing about.
a little random tidbit, i read somewhere that longwood has one of the highest std rates, not sure if it's true or not, but still... ummm... yah. anyways, got an itouch for christmas and i'm addicted to it along with the game shut the box. i'm sure many people don't even kknow what shut the box is, obivi they just aren't cool enough to understand.
